The Railer Basketball Booster Club Welcome Railer fans and guests to Roy S. Anderson Gymnasium, home of the Lincoln Railsplitters. We are looking forward to another successful year of basketball under the direction of Head Coach Neil Alexander as he enters his 17th season here at Lincoln Community High School. As you enter the gym, please take note of our new message board. It is our intent to provide game statistics, player information, and other interesting Railer facts on this board throughout the game. We are very proud of this exciting new addition to our gym as it is a one of a kind in the state of Illinois. We would like to thank everyone that helped to make it possible for us to add this feature to an already exciting basketball atmosphere. The booster club would like to thank all of our loyal advertisers for all of their support along with all of the participants of tonight's contest who make sure this is an enjoyable and entertaining evening for all of us. This is my first season as the basketball booster club president and I am looking forward to working with this fine program and carrying on the Railer tradition that my late father, Jim Sloan, was so very proud of. I would like to invite everyone to attend our meetings which are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. here at the high school. We are looking for new and exciting ideas to keep the tradition alive. Thank you for your support of our program and I hope you enjoy the 2006-2007 season of Lincoln Railer Basketball. GO RAILERS!
